Since reopening after lockdown, we have only been able to invite limited numbers of children back in to school. It has therefore been wonderful to be able to hold some transition sessions for certain year groups and invite them in to school for a fun-filled afternoon. Firstly, we had a lovely morning with our new Reception starters in our Early Years playground which was closely followed by an afternoon of games, pizza and chips for our Year 6 leavers. We then held two transition sessions for the Year 2 children who will be moving in to the Year 3/4 class and for the Year 4 children who will be moving in to the Year 5/6 class. We look forward to welcoming all of the children back in to school in September and wish our Year 6 leavers all the very best of luck in their secondary schools
